Plant A Day – Browneyed Susan

To my impression, Browneyed Susan is a daintier sister to the other Rudbeckia’s, i.e. Blackeyed Susan.  It’s a mid-sized Rudbeckia with smaller flowers but more of them per plant.  They tend to grow in small groups wherever I’ve seen them, mostly prairie-type places.
